Systems and Network Technician

At Andornet, we are currently looking to hire a SYSTEMS AND NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR to maintain, update, and manage our own and our clients’ information systems and networks.

The candidate must be able to diagnose and solve problems efficiently. They should also be patient when communicating with different multidisciplinary teams and users.

The goal is to ensure the continuity of the managed technological infrastructures.

Requirements

Administration of VMware 8 environments
Administration of Veeam and Networker environments
Administration of VDC infrastructure managed with VMware vCloud
Administration of Wintel and Linux infrastructure
Automation using PowerShell
Administration of Microsoft System Center Manager
Administration of Active Directory 2022
Administration of Zabbix monitoring tool
Database administration: SQL Server and MySQL
Proven experience of at least 5 years in the described environments

Responsibilities

Install and configure physical server hardware and software
VM provisioning
Manage servers and support tools
Manage and maintain communications
Monitor system performance, availability, and security according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Manage updates with new models and versions
Ensure security through access controls, backups, firewalls, etc.
Propose improvement initiatives
Develop new skills and knowledge
Document policies, manuals, etc.
