Receptionist / Administration

Would you like to be part of a dynamic and professional team? We are looking for an organized, proactive person with excellent communication skills to join our administration department.


Requirements

  • Vocational training in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or similar.

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be valued.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.

  • Resident in Andorra.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 and other office software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and welcoming clients.

  • Coordinating and managing meetings and executive agendas.

  • Providing general administrative support to the department.

  • Document and correspondence management.
