Vocational training in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or similar.
Previous experience in a similar role will be valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Resident in Andorra.
Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 and other office software tools.
Answering phone calls and welcoming clients.
Coordinating and managing meetings and executive agendas.
Providing general administrative support to the department.
Document and correspondence management.

Permanent contract.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:45 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Fridays and summer with intensive schedule.
